The Legendary Journey

Building your custom home with Legendary Group follows a predictable and streamlined process, from initial design to moving in:

DESIGN

Begin by selecting from our diverse collection of pre-designed plans or collaborate with our design team to create a custom home or cottage perfectly tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Legendary Group will provide you with a preliminary cost estimate. Check with your local planning or building department to find out what's needed for your building permit, and make sure your chosen plan fits your lot and meets zoning regulations.

DEPOSIT & DRAWINGS

A deposit (approx. 10% of the total package cost) initiates the creation of your Preliminary Plans, secures your production slot and establishes a delivery date. Once your design is finalized, by selecting key features like windows, doors, and siding, Legendary Group will provide you with a detailed cost estimate and an approximate overall cost for the entire build.

CONTRACT

The Contract will outline the specifications and the scope of work for both Legendary Group and the owner and outline the production and payment schedules. Permit ready plans will then be completed at which point you can apply for your building permit.

PRODUCTION AND SITE WORK

Legendary will order and procure your materials and fabricate the various components according to your contract and production schedule. Meanwhile, your General Contractor or Project Manager will prepare the site and construct the foundation.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Our dedicated Legendary Team will transport and deliver your prefab home package using our fleet of flatbed trucks and trailers. With the assistance of a crane, we will efficiently install your home within 2–3 days. We’ll also provide you with a stamped general review letter for the building department.

ON SITE CONSTRUCTION & FINISHING

Collaborate with your General Contractor or Project Manager to complete your home or cottage, including roofing, HVAC, rough-ins, framing, drywall and interior finishes.
